How much does shipping cost?
Every US order ships for $4.99 — one rate, however much you add to your cart. Our Shipping Policy page covers the finer details.
How long does delivery take?
Your order leaves us within 1–2 business days, then spends 3–6 business days with USPS in transit — so most orders arrive 4–8 business days after they're placed. If you order after 5:00 PM EST, or over a weekend or holiday, the clock starts on the next working day.
How do I track my order?
A USPS tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your parcel is on its way. Haven't seen one within 3 business days of ordering? Have a look in spam, and if it's not hiding there, drop us a line and we'll track it down.
Can I cancel my order?
Possibly — but speed matters, because we pack and dispatch quickly (within 1–2 business days). Send an email straight away to support@thomas-edwards.com with your order number. If your parcel hasn't entered processing yet, we'll cancel it; once it has, we sadly can't pull it back, though you can still use our 60-day returns.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn't right, you've got a full 60 days from the day it arrives to send it back — we just ask that it comes back unused, in its original condition and packaging. The customer covers return postage. Head to our Returns & Refunds page for the step-by-step.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
That's not the experience we want for you, and we'll put it right. Snap a photo of the problem and send it to support@thomas-edwards.com within 7 days of delivery — our team will sort a replacement or refund without any fuss.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds go back onto whatever you paid with, once your return has reached us and passed inspection. From there, banks and card providers move at their own pace — allow up to 20 business days for the money to show in your account.
