Welcome to Thomas Edwards. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using our website and ordering from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to everything laid out below, so please take a moment to read through it. Eligibility

To order from us you need to be at least 18 years old, or to have a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you're legally able to enter into this agreement.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We take care to describe and photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, though slight differences in colour can appear depending on your screen. All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock is limited and availability isn't guaranteed — if something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and arrange a refund.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy rather than a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities, at our discretion. A contract between us is formed only once we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If a pricing or description error comes to light after you've ordered, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil the order on the wrong terms.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us at support@thomas-edwards.com with your order number as soon as possible. We'll help wherever we can, but once an order has entered packing a cancellation can't be guaranteed, and once it's been dispatched you'll need to wait for delivery and use our returns process.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United States only, at a flat rate of $4.99 per order. Processing times and delivery estimates are covered in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility, and risk passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which also forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that page for the full detail on eligibility, the return process, and refund timing.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — the wording, imagery, design, branding, and product information — belongs to Thomas Edwards or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. You're welcome to view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, republishing, reselling, scraping, or otherwise reusing any part of it without our written permission isn't permitted.

Acceptable Use

We ask everyone to use the site honestly and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to access areas of the site or our systems you aren't authorised to use

Governing Law & Disputes

Where that isn't possible, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Thomas Edwards regarding your use of the site.
