Return Window
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. As long as you reach out within that window and the item meets the conditions below, we'll happily take it back.
Condition of Returns
To be accepted, items need to come back in the same state they left us — unworn, unwashed, with every original tag still attached and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage that isn't our doing can't be accepted, and the same applies to requests made once the 60-day window has closed.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be approved before anything is sent back — parcels that turn up without a prior request can't be processed. To begin, email us at support@thomas-edwards.com with your order number, and we'll send over instructions on how and where to ship your item.
Return Shipping
The cost of return postage sits with the customer. We'd suggest using a tracked service when you send something back, as we can't take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged on their way to us.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We check every order closely before it leaves us, but if something does slip through — a damaged piece, a fault, or the wrong item altogether — let us know within 7 days of delivery at support@thomas-edwards.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll put it right as quickly as we can.
Exchanges
We're glad to arrange exchanges where an item has arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If that's the case, email support@thomas-edwards.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll organise a replacement.
We don't offer exchanges for a change of mind, a different size, or a different colour. For those, the simplest route is to return the original piece and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we'll email to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; how soon it appears depends on your bank or card provider. Please note the original shipping charge isn't refundable. If 20 business days go by without any sign of your refund, get in touch and we'll investigate.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email support@thomas-edwards.com as soon as possible. Because orders move through quickly, we can only cancel one before it has been packed — once it's dispatched, you'll need to follow the standard returns process after it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
The following can't be returned or refunded:
- Requests made after the 60-day window has closed
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing their original tags or packaging
- Items returned without proof of purchase
- Original shipping charges
