Where We Ship
For now, we deliver to addresses within the United States only. International shipping isn't something we offer at this stage, though we fully intend to open it up as the brand grows.
Shipping Cost
A single flat rate of $4.99 USD applies to every order — it makes no difference how many pieces you buy or how much the parcel weighs. That rate covers delivery to any address across the continental United States.

Anything ordered after 5:00 PM EST, or over a weekend or public holiday, joins the queue on the next working day.
Order Processing
Once your order comes through, our team gets to work preparing it to leave us — usually within one to two business days. The moment it's on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking details included. During busier stretches like seasonal sales or new launches, preparation can run a little longer; whenever a delay looks likely, we'll reach out rather than leave you wondering.
Order Tracking
Your dispatch email carries a USPS tracking number you can follow at any time on the USPS website. If you've set up an account with us, that same tracking lives in your order history whenever you log in. If a tracking email hasn't shown up within three business days, take a quick look in your spam folder first — and if it's still nowhere to be seen, email us at support@thomas-edwards.com and we'll chase it down for you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking says your order has been delivered but you're empty-handed, it's worth a quick check around the property first — porches, side entrances, and with neighbours — since carriers sometimes leave parcels somewhere out of view. If it genuinely can't be found, USPS can open a missing-package claim, and we'll do everything on our side to help see it through.
